The Small Group Ministry of Ambassador comes out of two of our Core Values:

We care through our small groups, where discipleship, spiritual formation, and assimilation take place. (Acts 2:42)

We want to connect everyone to our Christian community and to their God-given spiritual gifts, to serve, and the body of Christ. (1 Corinthians 12)

It is our goal to have every member of our church involved in a small group. The small groups at Ambassador are for the most part sermon-based, allowing for special interests to be addressed within the group as they arise. A sermon-based small group curriculum is one in which the Scripture(s) preached during our Sunday service are worked through within the context of the small group community where we are able to encourage one another in light of God’s Word as we move through the Bible together.

These home Bible study groups are typcially comprised of 8-14 adults. They meet regularly to share, to study God’s Word, and to support one another spiritually. Small groups are divided into 2 sessions: September to December, and January to June; often taking a break during the summer months of July and August.
