Matt and Callie Pfaff have been serving with Cru for over a decade, focused on reaching today’s college students with the gospel. At the beginning of 2026, Matt took a role as a Mission Trip Operations Specialist and the family moved to Cru’s Headquarters in Orlando. The Mission Trip Operations team coaches and equips trip leaders, and helps with logistics, for the 300+ Cru mission trips that take over 4,500 students during the year to share the gospel across the globe.

Parable was formed after 11 years of ministry to urban youth in the Los Angeles area of Southern California. Today’s youth struggle with anxiety, depression, loneliness, abuse, and many other forms of hopelessness. Parable works to enter their space, go where they are, and tell them the stories of Jesus.
